Position: Technical Support Engineer
Experience: Fresher to 1 Year
Job Location: Chennai (Velachery)
Gender: Male
Responsibilities:
* Remote support to customer on product issues, queries, doubts via phone, email, chat & VNC.
* Troubleshoot and resolve the customer issues in time.
* Advise customer regarding the product's proper use.
* Handle Customer professionally.
* During problem escalations, need to act as a liaison between customers and
development team.
* Create a standard response to customer"s new issues.
* Work both day and night shifts and, holidays if required
* Follow support process & adhere to the same and, work independently
Key Skills:
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* English and any other regional languages.
* Good technical troubleshooting and analytical skills.
* Proven ability to function in a self-directed environment.
* Innovative thinker who is positive, proactive, and readily embraces change.
* Service the customer with happy and helping attitude and, with smile.
* Should have the aptitude to collaborate, engage with the team to find solutions &
* contribute towards a dynamic and vibrant learning environment
* Must be customer focused and have effective productivity/work output
* Must be a team player and able to work with minimal supervision
* Should be able to do Multi tasks.
* Should be a self learner and should be a volunteer
Desired Skills:
* Knowledge of retail / distribution business processes,
* Experience in SQL query handling and database corruption recovery
* Trouble shooting the printer, OS and networking.
